Palmer continued his solid all-around play during his third year with the HORIZON. The silky smooth forward helped control the boards on both ends and contributed to the team’s high octane offense with a 18.4 ppg average. Jamal was a 3-time All-Conference and Player of the Year at Millersville. Jamal has extensive overseas professional experience, having played in England. Luxemburg and Finland. Jamal is currently the Men’s Coach at Slippery Rock University.
