Michael Milligan saw his rookie season in the WEBA be a most successful one, as he led his Lady Horizon to their third consecutive undefeated season (9-0). Milligan garnered the 2006 WEBA Coach of the Year honors.

Under his direction the 2007 Lady Horizon will look to extend their current win streak of 26 straight games.

Milligan, a Lancaster native, graduated from Millersville with a B.A. in Economics. He coached the Lancaster County Day School girls basketball team in 2002 through 2005. Mike currently is a full-time substitute teacher in Lancaster County and a business entrepreneur.
