While at the helm, Mike Milligan directed his Lady Horizon team to another successful season in 2007. The team repeated as league champions and Milligan garnered his 2^nd straight WEBA Coach of the Year honors. Milligan, a Lancaster native, graduated from Millersville with a B.A. in Economics. He coached the Lancaster Country Day School girls basketball team in 2002 through 2005, before coming to the Horizon organization. Mike currently is a full-time substitute teacher in Lancaster County and a business entrepreneur.
